Kundalini Yoga Breathing

Breathwork is simply breathing exercises that teach you to manipulate your breathing rate and depth. Practicing breathwork allows us to learn and adopt better breathing habits, focusing our awareness on our breathing technique. It teaches us how to control the breath and re-establish the natural, relaxed rhythms of the body and mind. Although breathing is mainly an unconscious process, conscious control of it may be taken at any time, forming a bridge between the conscious and unconscious areas of the mind. 

Breathwork Offerings

Individual Session

Tailored breathwork and meditation session. Breathwork is such a useful tool to rebalance your nervous system, create safety in the body, and connect inwards with yourself, your truest self and your heart desires. We explore different breathing techniques, curating a sequence that you could later use to support you in your day.

Group Session

Group breathwork sessions will be focused towards a particular theme such as promoting relaxation, self-awareness, or emotional release. These sessions incorporate various breathing techniques, meditation, and sometimes movement or sound.
