As you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat, self-inflating camping mat, or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees…
