Sound Bath in Cromer

Unwind and rejuvenate with gentle & soothing sound for deep rest, better sleep & slowing down, as the seasons remind us to take the opportunity to pause.

Take some time and give yourself permission to simply rest into the sounds of Tibetan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. The session will begin with a guided meditation before being immersed in the healing and soothing frequencies of the singing bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks.
