It is such a beautiful spot, surrounded by open countryside and the perfect space for feeling immersed in nature. The hall itself has a lovely energy and it's a welcoming space. The session will begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in, before being immersed in the healing and soothing frequencies of the Himalayan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. These ancient instruments are gentle and soothing, known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
