Garden Yoga & Sound for Summer Solstice

A simple morning outdoors to gather at the point of the Summer Solstice. Movement with gentle yoga, a soothing sound bath, coffee & pastries to finish.

The session will take place outside in my garden. There is plenty of parking and access to a toilet if required.

Please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. This will look like a yoga mat, pillow, blanket perhaps, and a drink. I have all of these things for you to borrow if you need, but please just let me know ahead of time so I can prepare the space for you.
