Sound Bath via Zoom

Unwind and rejuvenate in the comfort of your own home with a gentle and deeply restful sound bath in honour of World Sound Healing Day. Spreading love out into the world!

Find yourself a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed before we start. As with in-person sessions, a mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, and a drink of water can all help make your experience more comfortable and restful.

The Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day of the event. Please feel free to join anytime from 7:45 and we’ll begin at 8pm.

Please note that the sound will be much better quality if listened to over headphones, and if you have some, these are an essential piece of kit for your zoom experience.
