About the event
The ultimate relaxation session. We'll begin our time together with some beginner friendly breathwork techniques, before laying back for a brief body scan meditation and immersive sound bath.
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye pillow will be provided for you to use for the sound bath, but please feel free to bring anything else that will help you feel more comfortable. Some people like a bolster or pillow under their knees, or another mat for more padding, and some people like to bring their own garden chair or similar. You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is so important for you to be able to fully relax. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. There is always an option to be seated on one of the hall chairs if this is preferred, although please note they do not…
