Unwind and rejuvenate with a sound bath for deep rest, better sleep & slowing down, as the season remind us to take the opportunity to be still. The session will begin with an opening circle to welcome everyone in with the opportunity to connect and share if they wish, and an optional card pull.

Unwind and rejuvenate with a sound bath for deep rest, better sleep & slowing down, as the season remind us to take the opportunity to be still.
Arrive into a warm and welcoming space, with soft lighting and an inviting space ready for you relax and unwind. The session will begin with an opening circle to welcome everyone in with the opportunity to connect and share if they wish, and an optional card pull. We will then move into a brief guided meditation before being immersed in the healing and soothing frequencies of the Himalayan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. These ancient instruments are gentle and soothing, known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye pillow will be provided for you to use for the sound bath, but please feel free to bring…
