About the event
Where land meets sea, unwind and relax in a beautiful setting on the cliff at Trimingham where we'll be immersed in nature, the sounds of the ocean, and the sounds of the singing bowls.
We'll meet in the layby opposite Trimingham Village Hall and then take a 10 minute stroll together across to the cliff. Enjoy a herbal tea and the views of the sea before the Sound Bath begins. We'll then relax and begin our sound journey with a brief, guided meditation to relax your mind. As you gently transition into a deeper state of relaxation, you'll be immersed in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, as well as all that nature has to offer. These ancient instruments and nature itself are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
