Take some time to honour the energy of the Full Moon and rest in the sounds of Tibetan, Crystal & Alchemy Singing Bowls. The session will begin with a guided meditation inspired by the Moon before immersing yourself in the resonant and healing frequencies of the Singing Bowls.

Begin your journey inward with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the Full Moon. As you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable!
