Ocean of Love Yoga & Sound Session

Join Clare @iamthestormyoga and Amie by the sea for Yoga & Sound at East Runton Beach. A special one off session to celebrate the season & the ocean. The session will begin with a yoga session by Clare, followed by a meditation and sound bath by Amie, finishing with cake and a hot drink. Option to take part in a sea dip/swim afterwards.

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily for yoga, and also bring a drink of water. For the Sound Bath you might like to consider bringing a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain, and perhaps bring a onesie/dry robe to get comfy for the sound bath. You will be laying down for the sound bath, so…
