The coming together of TRE® and sound therapy will allow you to release stuck patterns and soothe your nervous system in a warm, safe, and supportive space. Join us for this unique collaboration, feel lighter, and find a deeper connection to yourself. No experience necessary, you will be fully supported and guided throughout.
TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple, natural and powerful way to release held tension and connect to the body. It is entirely organic, being rooted in our primitive defence mechanisms. TRE® can help us break the cycle of fight/flight/freeze and soothe our nervous system back down to a calmer state.
