Sound Bath at Cromer Community Centre

Take some time and give yourself permission to simply rest into the sounds of Tibetan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. The session will begin with a guided meditation inspired by the season before being immersed in the healing and soothing frequencies of the singing bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable!
