Sound Bath at Makers Barn Studio

A quiet intimate space at my little home studio. Relax, unwind, gentle sound to uplift and rejuvenate.

We begin with a brief, guided meditation before being gentled lulled into a restful state with the sound. Sound has been used for centuries to promote healing, induce relaxation, relieve stress and pain, and restore a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit. The space is small and the group size means we can really tailor the session to your individual needs.

No need to bring any equipment. Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided to make your space comfy and cosy. If a chair is required, please do met me know in advance. Hot tea, chocolate, and optional oracle card pull will follow the sound session to settle back into your body before departing.
