Sound Bath at The Ash Tree, Norwich

Join Amie at The Ash Tree, a beautifully hand-crafted yurt offering a haven of holistic services and wellbeing workshops in the centre of Norwich. Take some time to rest in the sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls. The session will begin with a short guided meditation and the remainder will be the sounds of the Tibetan & Crystal Bowls.

Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. Please also bring a drink of water.

Spaces are limited. Parking is free either directly outside the address or on nearby side roads.
