Arriving at Hunworth & Stody Village Hall is an opportunity to really disconnect from our busy lives and settle into a quiet sanctuary in a peaceful and quiet location. It is such a beautiful spot, surrounded by open countryside and the perfect space for feeling immersed in nature. The hall itself has a lovely energy and it's a welcoming space. The session will begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in, before being immersed in the healing and soothing frequencies of the Himalayan, crystal & alchemy singing bowls. These ancient instruments are gentle and soothing, known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Entry to Sound Bath
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. There is always an option to be seated. Please also bring water.
