Rest and revitalise during a soothing and restorative session designed to calm, comfort, and allow you to reach a state of deep relaxation.

We begin with guided meditation helping to settle you into your surroundings and your body. As you gently relax you will be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat, self-inflating camping mat, or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable!
