Sound Bath in Overstrand

Join Amie to take some time to rest in the sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. The session will begin with a short guided meditation and the remainder will be the sounds of the bowls.

Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. There is always an option to be seated if this is preferred. Please also bring a drink of water.

There is no parking at the hall but you can park on The High Street or Overstrand Beach Car Park, and the hall is a short stroll from here. If you need further details about how to find the hall, please get in touch prior to the event.
