About the event

Relax in the gorgeous surroundings of The Studio at Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub, a tranquil and idyllic location in Swanton Abbott near Aylsham, surrounded by the beauty of the North Norfolk countryside. The Studio is comfortable and warm with fantastic views and wonderful acoustics.

We begin with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the season before being gentled lulled into a restful state with the sound. Sound has been used for centuries to promote healing, induce relaxation, relieve stress and pain, and restore a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit. Leave feeling uplifted and peaceful.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow to use for the sound bath, and anything else that will help you feel more comfortable. Some people like a bolster or pillow under their knees, or additional mats for more padding, and some people like to bring their own garden chair or similar. You will…

Please bring a yoga mat, or something soft to lay on such as a self inflating mattress or a garden chair, whatever works for you to maximise comfort. A pillow to rest your head can be nice, as well as a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. It is recommended to wear warm comfortable clothes, even if the weather is warm your temperature will drop when you relax. Please also bring a drink.
