About the event
For August only our monthly gathering will take place on a Friday evening, returning to the usual last Sunday of the month in September.
Unwind and rejuvenate with Amie in a gentle and deeply restful session. Begin your journey inward with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the season. As you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, immerse yourself in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be…
