About the event
Join us for our monthly session at the peaceful location of Upper Sheringham Village Hall. Tucked away in a beautiful village, next to the church, the hall is special venue with lots of character and charm. Upper Sheringham is easy to find, close to the main centre of Sheringham, but secluded and quiet.
For the Sound Bath itself, we aim to unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful session. We begin with a brief, guided meditation inspired by the season, and then gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, immersed in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy…

Entry to Sound Bath
Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important. Please note that the floor is wooden at this venue. There is always an option to be seated. Please also bring water.
