About the event
Peace and tranquillity awaits in a unique setting of a beautiful Stargazer tent located in the North Norfolk Countryside, at Hungry Hill Meadow just outside of Northrepps.
Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful sound bath which focuses on deepening our connection to the present moment, immersed and surrounded by nature. We begin with a brief guided meditation and as you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, you will be enveloped in the sounds and vibrations of nature, as well as Tibetan, Crystal, & Alchemy Singing Bowls. These instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
After the sound bath we will enjoy a hot drink, a piece of cake, and if the weather allows, we will sit outside to watch the sky. If you would like to bring a chair to sit outside…

Sound at Stargazer
This is your ticket but you do not need to worry about bringing it with you. Please do bring a mat to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes to enable you to move and relax afterwards. You will be laying down for part of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important, so bring some layers. Please also bring water to drink.
