Sound, Sunset & Full Moon Session at Stargazer

Peace and tranquillity awaits in a unique setting of a beautiful Stargazer tent located in the North Norfolk Countryside. Unwind and rejuvenate in a gentle and deeply restful sound bath which focuses on honouring the full moon, immersed and surrounded by nature.

We begin with a brief, guided meditation allowing you to focus your intentions and calm your mind. As you gently transition into a state of deep relaxation, you will be enveloped in the sounds and vibrations of nature, as well as Tibetan, Crystal, & Alchemy Singing Bowls. These instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.
