Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Join Amie by the sea for a gentle movement session and a sound bath with Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls. The session will begin with an opportunity to stretch, a short guided meditation, and the remainder will be the sounds of the bowls and the sea. We will finish with a seasonal drink, snack, and chat. Optional dip in the sea afterwards.

Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable! You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important.
