Summer Solstice Sounds

Join Amie by the sea for a gentle and nurturing morning in honour of the Summer Solstice. The session will begin with gentle yoga session, followed by a guided meditation, and the sounds of the Singing Bowls accompanied by the sea. We will finish with a hot drink and a slice of banana bread.

Please bring a yoga mat, something soft to lay on if you need more cushioning, a pillow to rest your head, and a blanket to keep you warm. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, perhaps some layers for the sound bath, and also bring a drink of water. Please bring your own mug for your hot drink.

Parking is free at Vale Road. Look out for the sign as you drive down to the beach showing you where we will meet.
