Unwind and rejuvenate with in a gentle and deeply restful session that focuses on relaxation ahead of the Christmas period. Cake and tea to finish.

We begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in and unwind. As you gently transition into a deeper state of relaxation, you'll be immersed in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls. These ancient instruments are known for their healing frequencies, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and a harmonious balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat, self-inflating camping mat, or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, pyjamas or a onesie are completely acceptable!
