About the event

Join Amie by the sea for a gentle movement session, breathwork, and a sound bath with Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls. The session will begin with an opportunity to stretch, a short guided meditation, and the remainder will be the sounds of the bowls accompanied by the sea. We will finish with a seasonal drink and cake! Optional dip in the sea afterwards.

Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes so you can easily move and perhaps layers to put on for the sound bath. Please also bring a drink of water. If you intend to dip in the sea afterwards, please remember your cossie and towel!

Parking is available at East Runton beach, this is pay and display. We will meet at the bottom of the ramp access to the beach. Please turn right and you should find me just past the boulders.

Any questions, please contact me.
